It took me so long to track down some of these that I am determined to keep this up to date, because the alternative is hours of trying to remember what search term you used a month ago that turned up one design in a compilation of 10+ slow-loading embedded media links... It was exhausting! (I had most of these bookmarked, but not in a usable fashion...)
